1.1. We collect the following personal data when You register on this website, create a Personal Account, accept the User agreement on the website (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement»):

(i) name, surname, gender, date of birth, photo

(ii) country, address, exact location

(v) Google account, YouTube

(vii) enabling communication with Users, if necessary

(viii) any other information messages from Us

Our legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, so that you can fully use the Services and receive your remuneration from Us, in accordance with the agreements between Us and you.

3.2. We collect and store the following data received from the YouTube API services under the following conditions:

(i) the received YouTube channel revenue data is collected for the evaluation of the YouTube channel and stored for 30 calendar days after the application is submitted;

(ii) data on the audience of the YouTube channel, the number of views and subscribers of the YouTube channel, as well as a list of content, for the purpose of auditing the YouTube channel and searching for advertisers. Such data is stored until you (the User) revoke your permission to store and use it, and in case of revocation - no more than 30 calendar days;

(iii) information about the status of the YouTube channel and its success, which is collected once when submitting an application and stored for 30 calendar days;

3.2.1. Information related to subparagraph ii of paragraph 3.2 of this Privacy Policy may be transferred to third parties, subject to the User's consent to such transfer.

4. What We do with your personal data

4.1. Your personal data is stored on the server of the data processor and on the servers of the cloud storage of the data processor. Our data processors process your personal data on the basis of relevant agreements with Us and in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to provide our content administration services, payment processing and other activities related to the implementation of the Agreement and other transactions between MEDIACUBE and Users, We transfer your personal data to Google LLC and (or) its affiliates, partner companies (providers) for the purpose of providing services to you on our behalf. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat them in accordance with the law. In order to protect your rights arising from this Privacy Policy, we enter into non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and/or data protection agreements (DPA) with our counterparties to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and obtain an appropriate level of protection.

We will not sell or distribute your personal data to third parties unless we have your permission or it is not required by law.

4.2. In case of transfer of your personal data, including those specified in sub-clause xi of clause 1.1. of this Privacy Policy, to partner companies (providers) located outside the European Union, We guarantee that these partner companies comply with all the necessary requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for such transfers and other requirements imposed by law.

5. Storage of Your personal data

5.1. Users' personal data is stored for the entire period of your use of the Services, and no more than 3 (three) months after its deletion of all your profiles in the Services.

MEDIACUBE will take all necessary actions to ensure that proper security measures are taken to ensure that your personal data is protected. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information, MEDIACUBE has established appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect and protect information received from Users.

6. User rights

6.1. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data by deleting your profile in MC Pay by sending an email to support@mediacube.network, at any time. 6.2. The User's permission to collect and store his data can be revoked via the page https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

6.2.1. If you revoke the permission to receive and use your data, then within 30 calendar days all data previously obtained using such permission will be lost, and the connection with the Services will be severed.

6.3. You have the right to request a copy of the information about you that We store (including information about whether your personal data is processed, where and for what purpose).
